During the past few years, I have begun developing my approach to teaching and education.

Teaching Philosophy

While teaching at UCLA, I have developed my philosophy for teaching: PAPER

Purpose: foster intellectually growth in students and build a learning community
Approach: facilitate learning through active learning and real-world scenarios
Pedagogy: follow the socratic method along with problem-based learning and collaborative learning
Equity: create an inclusive learning environment supporting underrepresented students
Reflection: seek feedback to continuously improve instruction
